Following the formal conclusion of mediation before the Minister of Labour, Republic Bank (Grenada) Limited and Bank and General Workers’ Union, on July 18, 2023 resumed direct bilateral discussions with a view to settling negotiations for a new collective agreement for the period January 2020 to December 2023.

As part of the ongoing salary negotiation process, Republic Bank (Grenada) Limited has offered the Bank and General Workers Union by letter dated July 14, 2023, a revised, without prejudice settlement offer of 9.25% for the period January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2023.
