Get Ready for the new RepublicOnline Personal

Dear Valued Customer,
As promised in our previous correspondence, we are excited to share updates with you on the conversion to the Republic Group’s suite of technology products. Here are some changes you can expect for our Internet Banking solution when the new system goes live on November 1, 2022.

Online Banking/RepublicOnline
Upon conversion to our new systems, you will be sent a personalized email inviting you to register for RepublicOnline and to download the RepublicMobile App.

Some new, cutting edge features you can expect are:
• Transfer funds to any bank in Grenada, Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Montserrat, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
• Conduct Regional and International Wire Transfers
• Cardless Cash: Without the use of an ATM card, allow anyone with a mobile phone, including yourself, to access cash at any Republic Bank ATM in St. Lucia, Dominica, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Anguilla, Grenada and St. Kitts and Nevis
• Payment with Friends: Quickly and easily transfer funds to friends and family
• New enhanced security features: Security image, use of mobile device for 2nd factor authentication method (no more ID secure Card), secret question and answer
• Receive email notifications via RepublicAlerts whenever certain transactions are conducted with your debit and credit card or at the ATM

How to sign up for RepublicOnline
When the system goes live, we will send you a link via email to access RepublicOnline. Simply complete the "Register New User” process. You will be required to set your own username and input some personal details. i.e. Name, date of birth, ID type (Passport, National ID, Driver’s permit), email and phone information.

You will also be required to input some banking information:
1. Your new 12-digit Deposit Account Number/ Credit Card Number
2. PIN (the pin that is associated with the deposit account or credit card)
3. Customer ID (6 digits)

Be sure to look out for the email with your new account number and customer ID.
