In our email to you on September 15, 2022, we advised that you will receive:
• a new account number which will be 12-digits.
• a unique Customer ID number, which will help us identify you on our systems and will be important for you to connect with us.

While your new account numbers will not be activated until the new system goes live on November 1, 2022, it is important for you to advise any stakeholders with whom you regularly conduct banking transactions, of the change to your account number(s) information so that all necessary preparations can be made.
